Living In The EU: AI denied

I saw this image on Reddit and I have to say something about the EU.

As a guy living in the EU now, I am struggling with a lot of limitations, especially around AI. For example, I pay for ChatGPT, but without a US VPN I still do not have access to the 'Memory' function. I am sure I will have no chance to use 'Advanced Voice Mode'. Why? Simply because the EU is acting like a paranoid socialist, shouting about equality, justice, and privacy protection, and it is so lame.

The EU government is completely incompetent and stuck in an obsolete mindset.

Now about the iPhone 16 Pro. Oh yes, finally EU users are allowed to delete pre-installed apps, but who cares? At the same time, the EU phone market is flooded with Chinese Android phones full of unremovable spy apps and ads. Why? Because Apple, Google, and other big corporations are forced to follow the rules, while Chinese companies clearly do not care about any rules at all.

So we cannot use modern features like advanced AI because the EU government claims it is protecting our privacy, but in reality it is just building walls that block progress while letting Chinese phone makers harvest EU citizens' data with almost no restrictions.
