First Leadership Feedback: What I Learned From My Team
Today I received feedback from the people in my department: with a maximum score of 4, the median rating of me as a manager was 3.3. I think that is quite good, especially considering this is my first leadership experience.
I was especially pleased with very high scores showing that I am not a micromanager, that I treat people well, and that I assess their experience objectively.
But in any feedback, the most valuable part is the criticism, which I also received, and now I know which areas I should pay attention to. Some of them were quite unexpected, which only makes it more interesting.
Wishing everyone a great last working month of 2024 😉
