Another Dispute Won in Favor of Improvy OÜ

The second dispute has once again been resolved in favor of Improvy OÜ!
On September 8, one of the users on the 'Pro' plan in Fullyst ($33 per month) filed a complaint with their bank requesting a refund. The user’s bank immediately initiated a dispute, which Stripe accepted, and €85 was frozen in Improvy OÜ’s account (the user’s payment plus the dispute fee). At that point I had two options:
1. Refund the user and lose $33
2. Challenge the dispute and either get the payment back or, if I lost, forfeit €85
I decided to challenge it because I am confident that I provide users with very detailed information about the product and that they are paying for a solid service.
In the end, I won the dispute, and the user did not even cancel their subscription. They keep paying $33 every month and continue using Fullyst in their chats!
